Emergency Reserve Parachute Inspections & Repacking
Emergency reserve parachutes should be repacked every year. Temperature changes and humidity can make the thin fabric that your emergency reserve parachute is made of stick to itself causing the emergency reserve parachute to open slower or not at all just when you need it the most! If you fly with an emergency reserve parachute make sure it will perform as needed, when needed by getting an annual emergency reserve parachute inspection and repack!
Turn-around is approximately two weeks.
Emergency Reserve Parachute Inspection & Repacking Pricing
Standard Reserve Inspection & Repack: $100 (inclides return shipping)
Steerable Reserve Inspection & Repack: $150 (inclides return shipping)
Reserve Parachute Repairs: $40 per hour plus the cost of materials.
* If any concerns about the safety of the reserve parachutes' condition are revealed during the inspection, the client will be contacted with the findings and repair recommendations.
Send your emergency reserve parachute in with your PG/PPG or PPC wing and have them both done at the same time, saving on shipping!
Once your emergency reserve parachute has been inspected and repacked, Airtoyz will send you an Invoice for payment.
